Dragon’s Den is an Open List of 4500pts events using current rules as of August 1st.  Army lists should be submitted in PDF format to greendragonsgaming.com.  Lists submitted by August 5th will earn an extra 5 battle points.  Lists submitted after 8/25 will be penalized -10pts.  Round 1 pairing will be random and made public before the event and players may challenge opponents (Grudges) for the first round, but the challenge must be accepted.  Effort will be made to prevent playing clubmates for the first two rounds.

Please note that when Dice are called the current phase may be completed.  Play stops immediately at the end of the current phase.  The TO will announce 30 minute and 15 minute warnings.

Scoring

Scoring will use the standard battle point system in the rule book and total Victory Points will be used for tie breakers with 1 exception.

Dragon Born:  Each player will be given a marker for a single scoring unit to bearing the Dragon Born.  One R&F model will gain 5++ Aegis vs flaming and an extra wound and attack. This model gains Front Rank and acts as a unit champion.

If you lose the Dragon Born (unit destroyed/fled off field/Model Destroyed) your opponent gains an additional battle point.  If the controlling player gets the Dragon Born into the opponent’s deployment zone at the end of the game the controlling player gets an additional battle point.  This represents 2 additional possible points for a player.

The Dragon Born model can not be in a unit that scouts or ambushes.  It may be within a unit with vanguard.
